28 years ago we embarked on a journey to improve productivity and quality by focusing on improving people’s capabilities to do so. It is not a journey for the faint of heart, yet here we are still committed with what we have believed to be true since our inception.

It is undeniable that long-running successful businesses are always run by employees that are engaged and always embrace continuous improvement in their daily lives. PQM Consultants believe people are the greatest assets of any business or organization and we exist to help them achieve sustainable business results by empowering their people to achieve more.
