Birthday food should always reflect
the birthday girl’s favorites and the theme.

For Hena —
who is known for her beautiful table settings and thoughtful food styling —
this time, I focused even more on her style.

We started with miyeokguk espuma
and several amuse-bouches:
sashimi, nokdujeon balls, saewoojang gimbap, yuzu rolls,
yukjeon rolls, and kombu butter & prosciutto bruschetta.

I also made ssamjang hummus, which paired perfectly with fresh vegetable sticks.

Of course, the main dishes were
Adam ribs and smoked pork chop with kick sauce 🥰

I always feel more nervous when I cook for a birthday.
Because birthdays are deeply important to me.

Every happy moment,
every meaningful connection —

메인은 당연히
아담 립과 킥 소스를 곁들인 스모크 포크찹 🥰

나는 생일 요리를 할 때마다
유난히 더 긴장이 돼요.
생일은 나에게 정말 소중한 날이니까요.
