Porcine Rapid Ampification is a kit used to detect pig contamination in various products such as processed meats, processed foods, and even drug capsules.

This kit uses LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal Amplification) technology, or amplification with one temperature, so it can run using thermal block or realtime pcr tool from any brand.

The detection limit is 0.06 ng and can still detect the presence of pig DNA in the oil matrix.
