Kadhai Paneer traces its origins to the vibrant culinary traditions of North India, where paneer has long been cherished for its mild flavour, high protein content, and remarkable ability to absorb spices with finesse. Traditionally, the dish is prepared in a "kadhai", a sturdy, wok-like iron pan with curved sides designed for high-heat cooking, allowing spices to bloom and flavours to intensify.

At Handi, we honour this classic while presenting it through our own signature touch served in our handi vessel, bringing warmth and a sense of depth to every table.
