Mixing paint by hand to find the perfect mix, searching the island for bespoke materials, carving the stone piece by piece for our feature wall.

Every time there was an easy simple way, we seemed to choose the hard way and the consequence of that is that the project took longer and cost more than we originally anticipated.

But as we open the doors to the public at and see the magic that is captured through the lens in a photography studio that we dreamed up, designed on pen and paper and brought to life one decision after another — playing the role of designer, architect and project manager all while running a creative agency & a school we couldn’t be more proud.

It’s official, the Indonesian government has just announced new visas for anyone to join an internship in Bali and we couldn’t be more excited.

Internships are a way to take everything you’ve learned at school or university or through a bootcamp and put it into practice, getting practical experience & mentorship in the field.

We’re going to be offering 4x internships open to candidates from all over the world to spend 3-6 months in Bali learning from our team… you’ll get an inside scoop into running a creative agency , and a photography studio & events space .

We’ll only be taking one one intern for each field to ensure our team has the time to provide our interns with mentorship & support — if you want an internship where you sit on your phone and order coffee for the team, this isn’t it. You’ll be in the action on real client photoshoots, seeing behind the scenes of everything and learning alongside creatives with years of experience.

Dates:
Internship duration is 3-6 months and can be part of a university program or independent, exact dates flexible for the right candidate.

Visa:
A legal internship visa will be provided for you.

When .visuals joined IOC her goal was to become a photographer and have a business that could allow her to travel and support her family.

And now? She’s booking out campaigns with luxury fashion and swim brands, travelling back and forth between Bali & Australia and showing her daughter that being a ‘girl boss’ doesn’t have to mean sacrificing the things that matter most to you.
