This is the result of training for 3 swimming’s events in 2019, Neptune’s steps by red bull and 2x triathlons. Fun fact before I did these competitions I couldn’t swim for sh*t!!!! PRACTICE makes perfect 🔥

I’ve tried every form of training but I always come back to bodybuilding. For me it’s more than lifting weights and looking good. It’s about the feeling of progression each week and pushing my self more and more.
