Teaching kids yoga brings me so much joy unlike anything. It’s not so much about the pose but going on an adventure and having fun! In the class, we give ourselves permission to be okay to fall over and try again. And I think we can all incorporate a bit more fun and compassion into our daily lives. 🩵🤍🩵🤍
