The event is open to anyone who has been attuned to Reiki (Level 1 to Master Teacher) - please feel free to extend the invitation to anyone you know who has been attuned and would like to come.

🌱 The intention for the gathering is to honour the Reiki and for everyone to get to know each other and see how we can best support both ourselves and the wider community.

✨Join us for Reiki Level 1 and learn about the system of Reiki and the procedure and practicalities for using Reiki energy for self-healing and to treat others.

🌱 The course offers a balance between theory and practice and includes both traditional Japanese practices and Western techniques. Through a combination of input, practical healing sessions, meditation, as well as opportunities to share and ask questions, you will acquire all the tools you need to develop your own daily self-healing practice and offer Reiki healing to friends and family.

What you will learn:

• The History and Science of Reiki
• What Reiki is, how it works, and its benefits
• The 5 Reiki Precepts
• Attunement to the Reiki energy
• Reiki for self-healing, personal growth, and inner balance
• Physical and emotional anatomy
• Reiki for treating others
• Guided practice sessions giving and receiving Reiki
• Traditional meditation, breathing, and energy practices
• Energy preservation, cleansing, and protection

Spaces for Reiki Level 2 are limited to 6 people to provide an intimate and profound experience for each participant.
