After years of teaching Qi Gong and internal martial arts, my work has gradually evolved into a semi-private retreat format here in Bali.

The idea is simple: smaller groups, more precise guidance, and the conditions for deeper structural change.

These retreats take place in Berawa, Canggu, and combine Qi Gong, Yi Quan and Kung Fu within a focused training environment.
