π°π· DNS Exercise Course Pilates Specific β Part II has been successfully completed in Seoul, Republic of Korea!
This three-day course expanded on the principles introduced in Part I, integrating developmental kinesiology with the Pilates method to further enhance movement quality, dynamic stabilization, and joint centration.
The program combined theory with hands-on practice, focusing on advanced developmental positions, differentiated movement patterns, body awareness, and the application of DNS principles throughout Pilates exercises, transitions, and apparatus work. Participants also explored how to optimize posture, movement efficiency, and exercise programming using both ipsilateral and contralateral patterns.

Interested in applying DNS principles to strength training? This introductory course is designed for strength coaches, fitness professionals, healthcare providers, and athletes who want to improve movement quality, performance, and training efficiency.
No previous DNS experience is required.
DNS Strength Training Part I introduces the fundamental principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and demonstrates how they can be integrated into traditional strength training movements.
What you will learn:
βοΈ Functional Joint Centration and developmental kinesiology principles
βοΈ Trunk stabilization and breathing mechanics
βοΈ DNS assessment of stability and posture
βοΈ Recognition of physiological and pathological movement patterns
βοΈ DNS exercises based on developmental positions (newborn to 6 months)
βοΈ Practical application of DNS principles to bilateral strength training movements
Strength training movements covered:
βοΈ Deadlift variations (Romanian, Conventional, Sumo, Kettlebell)
βοΈ Goblet Squat
βοΈ Bench Press and Overhead Press
βοΈ Push-Ups
βοΈ Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, and Row variations
