Today’s invitation is: take five minutes for yourself.
Before responding to the world, feel your body. Feel your skin.

Then, tell me how that moment was.

We live being pulled outside of ourselves: rush, pressure, screens, excessive tasks. And without realizing it, the body becomes just a “means of transportation” to get through the day.

The value of presence isn’t to make you stop. It’s to change the quality of what you do. And this doesn’t begin with a big decision. It begins with small returns: feeling your weight on the ground for a few seconds, noticing your breath midway, perceiving your skin in contact with your clothes, relaxing your jaw before answering a message. Simple things, but they reposition you from within.

For those of us who work using our bodies extensively in dance, therapy, and caring for others... it’s easy to put our own listening on the back burner.

The body follows, sustains, and surrenders, overcoming fatigue, tension, and lack of pause. But over time, this way of being creates a constant state of alert. The body becomes more contracted, breathing shorter, and movement begins to lose space.

There is another way. A care that doesn’t just arrive when something hurts, but accompanies before, during, and after.

Eutonia proposes this continuous care, helping the body to reorganize itself, to sustain movement with less strain, without losing sensitivity and presence.

In individual sessions, the work happens from the body as it arrives. Without haste, without a pre-set form, with attention to what needs support, listening, and care at that moment. It’s the moment where the body can reduce effort, perceive better, and find another quality of presence in movement.

These sessions take place online or in person in Bali.
