四月的台南
我們在奇美大草原
陽光輕落，微風流動
氣溫一切都很剛好

赤腳踩在草地上
雙手環繞著大樹

在瑜伽墊上
一呼一吸之間
慢慢放鬆、回到自己

結束後大家開心的分享著：
「發現左右邊的平衡不一樣！」
「原來專注在呼吸上是這樣的感受…」
「身體真的有伸展和放鬆。」
「大休息時我睡著了…」

感受到大家練習完後的靜心與喜悅
我想這就是瑜伽最美好的模樣

**Grass Yoga Picnic**

April in Tainan
sunlight, soft breeze
everything feels just right

barefoot on the grass
arms wrapped around the trees

on the mat
with every inhale and exhale

slowly softening,
coming back to ourselves

after the practice, everyone shared
discovering new balance,
deeper breath,
and true relaxation
some even fell asleep in savasana

feeling the calm and quiet joy after practice
this, to me, is the most beautiful part of yoga

grateful for the invitation
and for this encounter
gentle, yet full of strength ✨
