Ordinary or extraordinary? You decide.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is simple: extraordinary people will get things done even when they don’t feel like it, because they’re fully committed to their goals.

A lot of the time this will come down to passion. When you pursue a goal you’re passionate about, you’ll naturally be more motivated to achieve it. Likewise, if you don’t find the process enjoyable, then you may want to re-evaluate where you’re investing your time and effort.

Excuses don’t get you to your goals, so leave them the f**k at home 👊🏼🔥

Let’s talk FOOD GUILT! Something I have struggled with (and still do!) alongside soo many people! My old mindset was to feel guilty for indulging in life’s simple pleasures like eating some junk food, drinking alcohol, missing a gym sesh or skipping cardio. BUT you have got to snap out of that toxic way of thinking. Life is about BALANCE. It’s about having consistency over TIME. It’s about having those fun moments with your friends, enjoying those occasional social events and being PRESENT with your loved ones.

Now, that doesn’t mean go and blow out on an “indulgent” meal every single day guys 😂 of course there is still a limit! But if you’re putting in the hard work during your training, eating within your daily calories (most of the time), being CONSISTENT and sticking to the 5:2 rule then don’t get so caught up in the guilt! Go and ENJOY eating and drinking all these delicious foods that you wouldn’t otherwise get to enjoy in your regular week. Choose to be grateful for creating these memories with your nearest and dearest.

Life is far too short to worry about a couple of “cheat meals” here and there and a few too many bevvies on the odd occasion! Indulge in those moments and LIVE YOUR FKN LIFE. You absolutely do not need to constantly be in a calorie deficit and eating “clean” to be happy. You are worth more than a number on a scale or a clothing size. Happy Tuesday lovers. Look after your self-talk and self-love this year! 💛 and Enjoy these snaps of some incredible food I have been eating guilt-free lately 😮‍💨
