Average price of newly built apartment is now 84 million HUF, a quarter earlier it was 76 million HUF. Compared to February of 2021, there was 24% price increase in average price/m2. Between November 2021 and February 2022 developers sold 2.500 new apartments in Budapest, which is the same record setting amount as it was a quarter earlier. In 2021 in Budapest developers sold 8.600 new apartments, which is highest amount in the past 6 years.
