This month at Saltech Consulting was all about our infamous Christmas Work Together Week.

Even though we are a remote-first company, we still organize team-building weeks every quarter
for our colleagues. It is an excellent opportunity for us to collaborate and build a stronger relationship
with each other.
Our operations team prepared all kinds of fun activities this time: board game night, ugly sweater competition, naughty Santa, and so on.
One of the biggest highlights was the "Escape Room" adventure, where we had to work together to solve puzzles and riddles to get out in time.

It was heartwarming to see each other in person, and it reassured us that personal connections help people work together better.
