The most complex part is the one of which the legs of the launch stands are joined. Holes are included for the axis of the legs, also anchorages for locking the legs, there is also a hole for the vertical axis of the stand and other parts of the clamping mechanism. The manufacturing of this component begins with a copper casting, from which the metnioned features will be milled.
However, you need a proper sample for the casting: back then, they used to be made of wood. Now, we used our CAD model, and the protoype was made with 3D printing.

A lábakat tartó központi alkatrész a legösszetettebb az egész állványon. A furatokat a lábak tengelyéhez, a lábak rögzítőkampóit, az állvány vízszintes irányzó tengelyét és az ahhoz tartozó szorítópofák helyét mind ez az egy alkatrész tartalmazza. Az alkatrész előgyártmánya egy rézöntvény, amelyből később kerül majd kimunkálásra a fenti alkatrész.
Az öntéshez azonban egy megfelelő minta kell: ezt régen szinte biztosan fából készítették. Mi az elkészült CAD modell alapján, 3D nyomtatással készítettünk öntőmintát.
Egyszerre érezzük magunkat két évszázadban.
