At this year’s CST Leaders’ Conference, Paul Madsen (ACSI Europe) is leading a powerful session on Mission-Centred Leadership in the Christian School—challenging leaders to move beyond well-worded vision statements and into faithful, intentional practice.

This session invites school leaders to reflect on the alignment (or misalignment) between what we say we believe and how we lead day by day—ethically, strategically, and Christ-centred.

At IELC 2026, the workshop “On Mission: Building a Culture of Belonging” invites school leaders to rethink inclusion through a compelling biblical lens. Together, we’ll explore why students of all abilities are vital members of our school communities, what true belonging looks like in everyday practice, and how practical, accessible steps can help us start cultivating belonging now.
