The interiors for BRABUS’ second had to speak to two audiences at once. They needed to feel authentically , translating the dark, precision-crafted detailing that defines the brand’s supercars into stone flooring and metal joinery. At the same time, they had to resonate with buyers on the Caspian coast, where expectations of luxury living differ from those in Bottrop or the Gulf.
Our role was to preserve the brand’s identity while ensuring the units feel comfortable, practical, and genuinely enjoyable to live in.

In cooperation with Reportage Properties and BRABUS, animation was the last deliverable to be scoped for in Baku, but is now the first we are proud to present.
The initial package went through a four-week cycle of feedback and refinement, while animation was developed in the remaining time leading up to launch.
On Brabus Island, we had one of our most compressed schedules: roughly two weeks to design, light, and render 22 sequences. In work, however, often carries the heaviest marketing responsibility—especially in a category where the itself is the product.
Because we treat Signature Animations as the spine of new-build residential marketing, and because signature projects almost always require films, we’ve learned over the past 20 years to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
And yet, even in compressed schedules, the output can still be exceptional and focused.

Bentleigh Library + Youth Hub, looking at the photographs now alongside the CGI we produced for CO.OP Studio is one of those reminders of why we love this profession.
Designed by the gifted Melbourne-based architectural team for Glen Eira City Council, the project is the first integration of the city’s Library Services and Youth Services into a single building, organised around an “Inside Out, Outside In” central courtyard and wrapped in a perforated screen.
Special thanks to CO.OP for their real-life photography, allowing us to showcase the completed building in all its brilliance.

The Mordi Aquatic Centre is an $87.5M, all-electric facility jointly funded by the City of Kingston and the Australian Government. Selected from 180 sites, it was shaped through six rounds of public consultation.
Our role on Mordi was to translate the concept-stage design into a 60-second animation that could be immediately understood and felt by a non-architect, ensuring the community could grasp it on first viewing.
