For more than two decades, the MultiCONT multichannel process controller has served as a universal interface between NIVELCO’s HART®-capable intelligent transmitters and process control systems, including PCs, PLCs, displays, and actuators. Accurate field indication is essential for safe and efficient process control. MultiCONT’s large LCD or OLED dot-matrix display provides comprehensive, real-time visualization of measured values, trends, and even echo maps when used with NIVELCO’s ultrasonic or radar transmitters. This immediate access to critical data enables operators to make informed decisions quickly and ensures transparent process monitoring.

Since its introduction, MultiCONT has supported up to 15 standard or 4 Ex ia HART® transmitters, with system expansion possible via RS485. It allows remote programming, data logging (to internal memory or SD card), and flexible output configuration—including galvanically isolated 4…20 mA outputs and programmable relays. Its robust design, 5-year warranty, and international certifications (ATEX, IEC Ex) underline its reliability and adaptability for diverse industrial needs.
