​Every journey has its final chapter, and it is time to say goodbye to one of our most meaningful creations. ​Our signature apple dessert was born for the 2023 Bocuse d’Or Grand Finale in Lyon, crafted for the "Feed the Kids" theme. For the past three years, it has been a joy to share this masterpiece of our bronze-winning team’s competition with you here at Stand.
