Together, We Grow!

On the last day the participants of the AVETE Training in Novi Sad, Serbia 🇷🇸 took the next step in their internationalisation journey by turning ideas into action. 🌍🤝

Bringing together participants from 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇸🇮 Slovenia and 🇸🇰 Slovakia, the day focused on building the competences needed for successful international cooperation and strengthening the international dimension of vocational education. 📚✨

A key highlight was the internationalisation workshop, where delegates worked together to develop internationalisation strategies for their own institutions. By identifying priorities, setting objectives and exchanging experiences, participants created practical roadmaps to help expand international partnerships and increase participation in Erasmus+ opportunities. 💡📝

The collaborative atmosphere throughout the workshop demonstrated that internationalisation is more than mobility, it is about creating long-term strategies that make institutions more open, connected and ready to prepare learners for an international future. 🌱
