Validated DEL Building Blocks from
We provide a unique collection of 200 DEL building blocks that we have validated, and can be built in -encoded libraries to create wide range of diversity.
ComInnex Building Blocks have been with respect to coupling efficiency with a primary amine functionalised DNA headpiece (HP-AOP) under our standard amide coupling conditions. Individual were analysed by HPLC-MS and conversions were calculated using peak areas in the UV trace, measured at 260 nm wavelength.
