Unbound Studio

A project from a little while ago: business card design for the emerging photographer Ivan Buvinic.

The objective was to create a print asset that aligned with the artist’s aesthetic: refined, with a touch of grit.
This was achieved by using a minimalist geometric sans serif typeface, creating a simple layout, and accentuating the name by debossing it on textured black paper.

Pt.2: Highlight Covers

Design of social media identity for Appoline, a Swiss conscious-fashion brand that produces high-quality clothing items inspired by modernity & architecture with a touch of feminine chic. Their pieces are made to last and are produced only through the “made to order” model ensuring no waste in production.

In creating their social identity, it was important to translate their values into the look: strength, elegance, and femininity. The look was achieved by playing with existing brand elements and placing them in a fresh context, introducing an elegant, yet sharp serif display typeface “Wulkan Display” for a touch of chicness and expanding the color palette to achieve versatility, much needed for social media.

This project was commissioned by and created in collaboration with the wonderful
