Ritual Retreats

We have a few spots remaining on our retreat this September with the lovely - we’ll be exploring some of Croatias most authentic cultural experiences as well as island hopping to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Expect some moments of connection, reflection and release…yoga, qigong, and dance (with .lvarez)…delicious lovingly prepared meals and community with other like minded souls.

One of the deepest expressions of love is the non-doing presence. That’s when we’re really inhabiting who we are. When we create the space to pause, this light burns more brightly. It shines through.

And the same process unfolds in community. When we begin to step out of our daily agendas and our fears and our reactivity — a certain kind of magic happens where we see past the mask of ourselves and others. When people of different colors, shapes, ages, races, religions, backgrounds and beliefs come together with conditioned fears or aversions and actually pause together and deepen presence, they see past the mask. They see the truth.

They begin to see that “oh…just like me…you want to love and be loved…and just like me, you have fears that keep you pulled back.” This is what we need in the world. We need this practice to pause and arrive in mindfulness and in presence so we can create a sense of compassion for ourselves and for everyone else.
