Do you want to swim with whales???
I have some REALLY exciting news - from July to October I will be in Tonga working as a whale guide and taking people swimming with the whales ๐ฅฐ
Even though I spent over a decade studying whales, only last year I got to swim with them, and it was the most incredible experience of my life!!!
Tonga is one of the few places in the world where you can do this, and I am stoked to be going back there, this time so I can take others to meet these magnificent beings ๐๐ณ
There are very limited spaces available, if you are interested send me a message and I'll send you more information about the 7-day whale swim package, including available dates and prices ๐ค

~ Meeting the Elephants ~
Being in the presence of such creatures is something I can only compare to being among the Whales. All my โscientific objectivityโ fades away. One feels so tiny next to these giants, yet truly seen. Not with the eyes, but with the soul. They seem to sense the energy in a profound way and carry ancient knowledge we cannot even comprehend.
Huge thanks to Wildlife SOS for all your incredible work and for allowing me to accompany these magnificent beings on their walk ๐
And thank you Abhiart for taking me to meet your Elephant family โค๏ธ
Learning about the Elephants from the Elephant project coordinator Shivam I drew so many parallels with the Whales.
Both are highly intelligent species with complex emotional, social and cultural lives. They are crucial for the survival of many other species, by changing and enhancing their environments they boost biodiversity and play an important role of ecosystem engineers. They truly are the Guardians of Earth.
Much like the Whales, Elephants use a variety of sounds to communicate, some of which are audible to us and some which are not. For long-distance communication they produce low frequency infrasound which they detect through their feet. I was lucky to hear some of their higher frequency sounds and woah they are powerful! One day I shall make a song for them ๐ฅฐ
Working in the field of nature conservation I often feel ashamed of belonging to the human species, but this time it really hit me. I couldnโt hold back my tears as I learned about the brutality of humans towards these innocent beings.
Yet, there are some wonderful humans who dedicated their lives to rescuing these poor Elephants and providing them with the best care for the rest of their lives. Such are the people working at Wildlife SOS. Thank you for giving me hope for humanity and for all that you do! ๐
Wildlife SOS is a non-profit organisation which runs entirely on donations. Besides elephants, they also rescue bears, leopards and other wildlife. You can find more information about their work on wildlifesos.org
If you can, please consider donating to them!!!

~ Whales & Elephants: Guardians of Earth ~
Gratitude to all who came and immersed themselves in this special experience with us.
We donโt have a full video of the performance, but here are some glimpses from last night's journey.
I was honoured to bring the magic of Whales, recordings of their beautiful songs weaved into my songs and serene sounds of the hand pan, all my own original compositions.
Much thanks to Abhiart for bringing the message and stories of the Elephants, all the characters he drew are his own original characters which appear in his new eco-fabled stories.
We made this fusion performance to honour the Whales and Elephants who have been guarding our Mother Earth for millions of years. We celebrated them through drawing - music of silence and invoking melodies from the ocean.
Thank you Culture Hub Croatia for providing the space for this unique collaboration.
Gratitude to everyone who came and shared these precious moments with us. Hope the message of Whales & Elephants travels through you.
Thank you Whales & Elephants! ๐ณ๐๐

This special evening brings together storytelling, live painting and music, created by marine biologist and musician Sara Nikลกiฤ and author / visual artist Abhishek Singh.
Whales and elephants are ancient beings that have shaped and protected the balance of life on Earth for millions of years. Though they inhabit different environments, they share extraordinary intelligence, complex social lives and a crucial role as ecosystem engineers. This performance emerges from that connection, as an artistic tribute to nature, slowness, care and interspecies coexistence.
๐บ๐๐๐ has spent over a decade studying whales and composing music with their sounds, merging science and art, while ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ explores mythology, ecology and spirituality through live drawing, inspired by years of working with elephants.
Expect an immersive journey through sound, image and narrative: an invitation to listen, observe and rethink our relationship with the planet.
