It was truly inspiring to visit the Farm My School project at my old secondary school this weekend. The local community came together with a shared goal — transform the space — and in just 24 hours created an incredible 3.4km of garden beds. 💪🌱
We were able to jump in, get our hands dirty, and be part of something genuinely rewarding.
And how about this - La Caseta was there serving authentic Honduran Baleadas and Pastelitos. Yes, a Honduran-run food stand in a small Australian country town, fuelling a regenerative agriculture project. 🇭🇳🇦🇺

🌿 Protecting Roatán — One Tree at a Time 🌿
Deforestation isn’t just about losing trees — it’s about losing protection. When heavy rains fall, the absence of trees means soil washes away, creating runoff that flows straight into our oceans, smothering coral reefs and threatening the fragile marine life that makes Roatán so special.
At Support Roatán, we’re taking action. For the past five seasons, we’ve been planting fruit trees across urban and community areas — helping to reduce runoff, restore green spaces, and support local food security. 🍊🌱
Every tree planted strengthens the island’s future — protecting the land, the reefs, and the people who call Roatán home. 💚
