🔥If there was a single pivotal moment in my coaching career, it was probably this trip in 2016

💡My aha moment was at the 1st PTA Global apprenticeship and Mark Verstegen (Founder of AP, now EXOS) was the guest speaker that day. He shared his vision with AP and showed me a new perspective on performance training. That trip planted the seed of 🌱“What could I do for Hong Kong athletes?”

💙If you’ve been following me for awhile, it’s not hard to see how EXOS influences me and AQ Strong. Who knows what would happen today if I didn’t sign up for that trip 7 years ago.

🇺🇸After years of planning, we finally able to bring a group of passionate coaches from HK to EXOS in Oct. Few things haven’t changed since my 1st visit:
🔹My passion for performance training
🔹My desire to empower the HK coaches & athletes
🔹My hunger for self growth & development

🇭🇰The athletic community is growing rapidly in HK, more resources have been allocated to athletic organisations & sports businesses. This is the perfect time to invest in your craft and be prepared for the opportunity lies ahead.
