On September 24th, 2024, We are privileged to have represented Link-Pro CPA Limited at the esteemed Good Employer Charter 2024 ceremony.

At the ceremony, Mr. Chris Sun, the Secretary for Labour and Welfare, underscored the significance of backing employees through flexible work setups and the promotion of work-life balance. Such initiatives not only benefit the local workforce but also elevate overall productivity and well-being.

Link-Pro CPA Limited allow flexible working hours and encourages on-the-job training and holidays for examinations. We also recruit women and the elderly as part -time employees for those that want to work but also need to support their families at the same time.

After several years of implementation, all employees have enjoyed the convenience brought to them by the previously mentioned measures, allowing them to take care of both work and family.

On top of both flexible working hours and recruiting part-time, Link-Pro CPA Limited give employees the opportunity to work from home alongside flexible working hours. Employees also have the option to take a temporary leave of absence if necessary to take care of elderly at home, once the problem is resolved they can return back to work. It highlights the potential for mutually beneficial labor relations that foster a harmonious and inclusive community.
