轉賣雞蛋仔之後,
有唔少客人反映個袋釘咁多個窿食到成地都係碎,
如果食到最尾果幾粒都有碎,
件事都幾開心,
證明食到最尾都仲脆。
(每個紙食都係人手自己打窿)

最近啲客好nice
特登揸車嚟食然後要落返車翻轉頭讚好食/
食完雞蛋仔再inbox讚好食 /
食完一底再嗌多底,務求要試哂成份menu/

終於揾到樣食物,好似飲啡咁,幾個人叫幾底再share嚟食。
(不過去食飯,啲人都係叫幾碟野share,廢話mode)

多謝大家咁Nice,
一直堅持from flour to dessert,
將啲牛油/糖/蛋/麵粉撈埋一齊再轉化啲體驗比大家。
即使係一底雞蛋仔都可以分享食物帶來的喜悅。

雞蛋仔系列-
抹茶紅豆麻糬

如果有焗開蛋糕,應該會理解到市面9成抹茶粉用嚟焗蛋糕都好易揮發哂,即係焗完乜味都無,本身以為雞蛋仔都一樣打算放棄。

但意外發現外脆內軟既口感反而困住左抹茶香味,所以繼續諗下有咩餡啱。
如果訂現成麻糬再加罐頭紅豆,其實整嚟有乜意思。

又決定滾搞自己,

自己開粉煲紅豆blend個獨家紅豆麻糬,托賴啲評價都好正面。

With 2022 nearing a close along with it, barista competitions for the year, we want to announce the launch of our ‘BRITA Water Journey’ 1st stage.

The aim is hold events and classes about water, specifically water for coffee.

Thanks again HKAC organizer and having us doing water support for this year all coffee competitions.

Also we will explain the water use for HKCTC , HKAC and HKBC.
