🎤✨ 2 April Dynamic Meeting with the theme Empowerment—an evening of confidence, growth, and purpose!

🌟 Keziah kicked off the meeting by engaging everyone with her definition of empowerment, setting an inspiring tone right from the start.

⚡ Toastmaster of the Evening, Joy, injected high energy into the meeting, motivating everyone to stay focused and participate actively.

🗣️ As first-time Table Topics Master, Yogin did a fantastic job, creating fun and challenging opportunities for speakers to shine.

👏 In prepared speeches, Venus shared how she overcame procrastination and she has worked on better time management. Daniel offered useful tips on leading in a voluntary organisation based on his experience as Vice President Education.

🧭 Joseph then demystified the responsibilities of different meeting roles in a clear and practical way.

⏳ Timekeeping and sound management were also on point, with the joint Timer’s Report by Kitty & Keziah and the Ah-Counter Report by Charis, giving a clear account of how we managed time and coped with unnecessary sound.

🏆 The highlight of the evening was the General Evaluator’s Report by Sean, filled with motivating comments that encouraged everyone to keep improving.

🎉 Yesterday evening, another gathering with shared enthusiasm for learning, growth, and communication. 🌟
Toastmaster of the Evening, Joseph, provided smooth lively transitions, engaging us from the very beginning. 🎤
Our Timer, Jensen, provided an insightful and detailed explanation of the timing rules. ⏱️ Participants were more aware of their time limits. 🙌
Ah Counter, Kitty, not only tracked our hesitations and fillers, but she also offered invaluable tips for eliminating those unnecessary sounds 🗣️ refining our speaking skills! 👏
We also had the pleasure of hearing from Jennifer, who, though called up at the last minute as our Grammarian, offered encouraging comments that motivated us all. 🌈

Table Topics Master, Keziah, challenged us with creative questions to think on our feet. 🧠💬 Congratulations to Kitty and Daniel for earning the titles of Best Table Topics speakers! 🏆

Steven showcased significant improvement in his storytelling, crafting suspense as he revealed Daniel as his mentor. 📖 This captivating moment exemplified the power of mentorship. 👏

Jennifer delivered a remarkable pathway speech focusing on the “Three Cs” – Capability, Confidence and Commitment. ✅ Her well-structured approach earned her the title of Best Speaker of the evening. 🎙️🌟

Lastly, we had our General Evaluator, Terrence, who provided us with insights and suggestions crucial for our growth as speakers and evaluators. 🙏

From Panic to Passion: Pauline Chin (KTM) shared her incredible journey from a nervous beginner to a District Manager.

AI Power: Our very own Joy Pamnani showed us how to make AI our social media ally (perfect timing for this post! 😉) and walked away with Best Speaker.

The Attitude of Gratitude: Ronda Yuen (KTM) moved us with "A Bird’s Journey," a beautiful reminder of why gratitude matters.

A special shoutout to Venus Lau for winning Best Evaluator and our fantastic TME duo, Agnes Lau & PC Chan, for being the Best Facilitators of the night!
