*Day 3 Chapter 2*
The anointed presence

A. Thank God for day 3 of this year's season of fasting. The opportunity afforded us by God Almighty Himself through His prophet to humble us and draws us close to Himself

B. Let's pray for strength to finish successfully the fast and to carry on working for Him; that we will not be weary, faint nor fall.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Isaiah 40:28-31

C. Let's cry unto the Lord to grant us His anointed presence even as we cannot hid or run away from His sight.

Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

Psalm 139:7

D. There are different dimensions of this mystical anointed presence that we can desire and seek.

1. The presence of God.
For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in THE PRESENCE OF GOD for us:
Hebrews 9:24
👉 let us pray that God will have something good to talk about us in His presence like Job and Cornelius.
Act 10:4
Job 2:3

2. The presence of the Holy Spirit.
Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Psalms 51:11
👉 let us pray for the presence of the Holy Spirit as we go on outreach, evangelism, visitation, follow up, so we can be effective shepherds. The Holy Spirit will guide us and help us do live upright for the Lord.

3. The presence of Jesus Christ.
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the PRESENCE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST at his coming?
1 Thessalonians 2:19
👉 let us pray that Jesus the Christ will be with us and minister to the people Himself as we minister

4. The presence of the Lord
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the PRESENCE OF THE LORD, and from the glory of his power;
2 Thessalonians 1:9
👉 let's pray for the presence of the Lord who is gracious to have mercy and compassion on us.
Exodus 34:7-8

5. The presence of His glory
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the PRESENCE OF HIS GLORY with exceeding joy,
Jude 1:24
👉 let's pray for the glory of God to be present in our meetings. No more dry meeting

6. The presence of the Lamb
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LAMB:
Revelation 14:10
👉 let's pray for the presence of the Lamb to help us to be humble.

7. The presence of the Holy Angels
Wherever the presence of God is you always have angels. The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone IN THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY ANGELS, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 14:10
👉 let's pray for angelic presence as shepherds for protection and help.

*DAY 2 CHAPTER 1
Why do you need His presence to go with you

A. Thank God for day two of our 21 days fasting. God is going to reveal His presence to us.

Let's thank the Lord for our families. No matter your situation let us be grateful to God.
Ehp.5:20

B. We're praying for the presence of God to go with us in 2020.
We need the presence of God to go with us this year for the following reasons.

1. Moses who was the greatest prophet in the old testament needed the presence of God to go with him.

And he said, MY PRESENCE SHALL GO WITH THEE, and I will give thee rest. And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. Exodus 33:14-15

2. Exodus 33:14-15 2. You need His presence to go with you because of your weakness, your dishonour and your corruption.

So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 1 Corinthians 15:42-44

3. You need His presence to go with you because you are nothing but grass.

The voice said, Cry. And he said, what shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
Isaiah 40:6-8

4. You need His presence to go with you because you are a man of unclean lips.

Then said I, Woe is me! For I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.
Isaiah 6:5

5. You need His presence to go with you because without Him you can do nothing.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5

We need the power of God to be able to accomplish anything especially as we shepherd this year.

And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be ENDUED WITH POWER from on high.
Luke 24:49

6. You need His presence to go with you because it will transform your destiny.

Genesis 28:11-15

7. You need His presence to go with you because the Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty.

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17
