Experience/Qualifications:
•Basic CSEC inclusive of Maths & English
•Experience working in customer care/Client Services or similar position before (Optional)

• Fast Learner
• Multitasker
• Critical thinking
• Problem solving skills
Job Description:
• Answer calls and take directions from customers
• Dispatch and direct drivers on locations around Guyana
• Dispatch charges to drivers and customers
• Keep count and distribute beverages to drivers and other individuals
