The Guyana Basketball Federation has officially announced our Men’s & Women’s 3x3 teams for TWO major international events this month! 🔥
🏴 Commonwealth Games (Glasgow) | July 24-29
3x3 Basketball Men’s Team: Anish Ramlall, Travis Belgrave, Christian Hinckson & Kevin Mickle. Coached by Kidani Brutus.
🇩🇴 CAC Games (Santo Domingo) | Aug 1-3
3x3 Basketball Men’s Team: Christian Hinckson, Travis Burnett, Nikkoloi Smith & Akil Hughes.
3x3 Basketball Women’s Team: Anaya Clemons, DeAngelique Waithe, Jamaicy Ogle & Ruth Adams.
It’s a massive milestone for Guyanese basketball as our men compete in the 3x3 discipline at BOTH Games for the first time! 👏 Meanwhile, the women are back at the CAC Games looking to improve on their 2023 debut.
We are proud of the blend of local talent and diaspora experience representing our nation.
