LAST FRIDAY! These women rocked FULL PUSH-UPS!! 😍😍😍 they have worked hard with me for the last 4 weeks and their strength and endurance from then until now has infinitely improved. I’m beyond proud of each one of them. My heart is so full. Ladies I ❤️ you and can’t wait to rock out the weekend as we finalize our holiday bootcamp.
