We have been made aware of scammers spoofing our local and toll-free phone numbers while pretending to be Coast360. These callers may claim there is suspicious activity on your account and attempt to trick you into providing sensitive information, including:

• Online Banking access codes
• Debit or credit card numbers
• Personal account information

⚠️ Please remember: Coast360 will NEVER call, text, or email asking for your Online Banking access code, password, or full card number.

If you believe you may have shared information with a scammer, please take action immediately:

🔐 If you provided your Online Banking access code:
• Log in to Online Banking immediately
• Change your password right away
• Monitor your account activity closely

💳 If you provided your debit or credit card information:
• Report your card immediately to our fraud hotline
