Update on our wonderful HERA after her leg amputation.
Hera is doing well and our vet is very pleased with her recovery.
After her terrible start in life, living in the wild, giving birth to her eight pups and caring for them and also the pain of her smashed foot and large cancer growth on her elbow she is now enjoying being cared for and loved in a warm foster home 🤗
The plastic head cone is now off and she is a very happy girl.
We are so pleased for her, her future is looking good 🐾🇬🇷💕

Hi, the mummy dog of the seven pups thrown to the bushes has been caught. Thank you to the wonderful people in Malona.
HERA is now in our care. Sadly HERA is very weak but all her blood exams show that she can recover. She now has many medications to help her.
Unfortunately her leg will have to be amputated as she has a cancer in her elbow and a horrible broken foot.
She is now safe, warm and her future is looking good. 🐾🇬🇷🤗
