The Upraise project - Digital skills x Virtual Worlds was presented during the EFF-CoP Living Lab, held on 29–30 June 2026 at the University of Patras, Greece.

As part of the event, the first version of the UPRAISE VR Food Lab scenario was demonstrated to invited stakeholders from the food sector, providing an opportunity to showcase the potential of immersive technologies in training and capacity building. Participants experienced the VR environment and shared valuable feedback that will contribute to the further development and improvement of the solution.

The activity also offered an opportunity to present the objectives of the UPRAISE project and engage in discussions with experts and stakeholders on innovative approaches to food safety and food fraud prevention.
