Learn to control your dynamics and accent on each 16th note.
Play pianissimo and then accent only the first 16th note, then the second, then the third and finally the fourth.
Do the same thing but this time mute all the notes you're not playing.
Read the score to visualize each combination.
Practice with a metronome at a tempo that suits you.
