We didn't create this problem alone. And we won't solve it alone either.
Across Egypt, more people are choosing reusable alternatives in markets, homes, and neighborhoods. Every reusable bag helps reduce waste and protect our environment.
đ Egyptâs national target is to reduce plastic bag consumption to 50 bags per person per year by 2030.
Ask your local shop to offer reusable bag options.

Plastic is everywhere.
But it doesn't have to be.
This International Plastic Free Day, remember that the most powerful solution is already in your hands.
â»ïž Reuse what you already have.
đ« Refuse what you don't need.
Small choices, made every day, can lead to a cleaner future.

Day 2 Climate Communication Workshop đ Palestine
Day two was all about turning ideas into action. Participants rolled up their sleeves to craft short-form content - from reels and visual stories to data-driven posts using accessible digital tools.
Working in groups, they transformed what theyâd learned into story and campaign prototypes designed to engage audiences and spark climate action.
As the workshop drew to a close, participants reflected on the journey, shared feedback, and stepped into a growing community committed to stronger environmental and climate communication.
