Efthimios Livaditis serves as General Manager at Verallis SA since 1/1/2026, bringing extensive experience in the design, development, and management of production and energy infrastructure within multinational organizations and large business groups.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with responsibility for complex operations, corporate governance, and the successful ex*****on of large-scale strategic projects. A graduate engineer of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), holding a Master's Degree in Operational Research, he combines strong technical expertise with strategic business leadership.

His professional track record includes the successful planning and delivery of major investment projects in the primary sector, including agro-greenhouse installations, the secondary industry, particularly in Manufacturing and Industrial sectors (e.g. steel industry), as well as renewable energy investments such as photovoltaic parks and geothermal energy projects. He has extensive experience managing the complete project lifecycle—from strategic planning and engineering design to implementation, commissioning, and operational delivery.

His business philosophy focuses on optimizing production processes, effectively reorganizing business units, and ensuring the absolute alignment of corporate strategy with ex*****on on the ground. Through the introduction of best practices and an emphasis on innovation, he contributes decisively to maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and securing the long-term sustainable growth of the organizations he leads, consistently championing the principle that the role of an engineer is to deliver the optimal result with minimum resources.
