In a 7th-floor apartment in Kolonos, the design focused on minimal, cost-conscious interventions that respected the existing structure.

The strong presence of stone was a clear request from the client. Integrated selectively, it introduces texture and permanence without disrupting the spatial balance.

The material palette remains minimal, with clean lines and quiet geometry. Every move was guided by functionality, continuity, and respect for the original architectural shell.
