Fragments of Heritage: Sivilla Hotel

A contemporary hospitality complex rooted in the layered history of Samos.

Sivilla Hotel reimagines the island’s architectural memory through a constellation of autonomous shelters and embedded narratives. Inspired by the Eupalinian aqueduct and the Castle of Lykourgos Logothetis, the project transforms historical typologies into a tactile, bioclimatic retreat, where folklore, landscape, and modernity converge.

Terraced Living: Residential Complex in Kifisia.

This proposal for a residential development in Kifisia is organized as a sequence of stepped volumes that mediate between the scale of the street and the domestic character of the neighborhood. Set back from the public realm, the buildings frame a central landscaped stair, creating a gradual transition from city to home. Material restraint, deep balconies, and planted terraces establish a calm, contemporary living environment rooted in the garden-suburb identity of Kifisia.

Folded Horizons: Summer House near Sparta

Set within the open landscape near Sparta, this summer house is conceived as a sequence of folded planes that mediate between shade, light, and horizon. The composition of angular roofs and deep overhangs frames outdoor living while providing climatic protection from the intense Peloponnesian sun. Carved terraces, water, and circulation elements blur the boundary between interior and exterior, forming a restrained dwelling that is both grounded and outward-looking.

Garden Pavilion
Set within the landscaped grounds of a private mansion in Vravrona, this guest house is conceived as a quiet pavilion in the garden. A restrained composition of white rendered volumes, timber screening, and deep recesses creates a sheltered, light-filled retreat that mediates between interior living and the surrounding landscape.
