A safe workplace isn’t only about physical risks. It’s also about how work is designed and managed, because psychosocial factors can shape health, safety, and performance every day.

A few practical prompts for leaders and teams:
- Are workloads and deadlines realistic?
- Do people have role clarity and autonomy to do the job well?
- Is support available (manager, peers, resources) when pressure rises?
- Do we have fair, transparent processes for issues and change?

If you’re marking the day, consider using it to start (or restart) a conversation on psychosocial risk prevention and a healthier work culture.
