This past weekend at the BeWell Festival (27 & 28 September) was nothing less than a celebration of connection, inspiration, and light.

With deep gratitude to Christina 🙏 & Sakis 🙏 for inviting me into this radiant gathering you so beautifully created.

Your vision and devotion to wellness brought together souls, practices, and energies that truly uplifted us all. It was an honor to walk this path with you.

The festival became a tapestry of precious encounters:
✨ Reuniting with beloved friends, colleagues and yoga teachers who have been companions on my journey for so many years.
✨ Cherishing the laughter, the conversations, and the presence of , , , , , , , of you holds a bright place in my heart.

✨ Feeling blessed to meet new kindred spirits, to reconnect with old students and co-partners, and to witness how our paths continue to weave together in unexpected, magical ways.

Every smile, every breath, every embrace carried the reminder that this community is alive, strong, and ever-expanding.

Drop into your body, into your breath, into the earth.

When tension builds, emotionally or physically , it often settles in the hips.

This Forrest Yoga Workshop offers a grounding space to reconnect with your base, release stored emotions, and cultivate inner calm.

Deep hip-opening poses
Strong Ujjayi breathing
