Adaptive reuse of a 1970s industrial building into a compact residential complex comprising 12 apartments and shared communal spaces.

The façade integrates linear planters beneath each opening, establishing a continuous visual relationship with greenery and reinforcing environmental well-being within a dense urban context.

A transition from light industry to collective habitation, proposing a sustainable model of inner-city residential regeneration.
