Happy to announce our newest project: Supporting the PIU (Project Implementation Unit) for the rehabilitation of Albania's Durres-Rrogozhine railway line.

Systema Consulting has just kicked off this important 5-year assignment where we will provide comprehensive PIU support to Albanian Railways (HSH). Our team will guide the client through all project phases - from procurement and contract management to environmental compliance and stakeholder engagement.

The 34km strategic railway section is part of the Pan-European Corridor VIII but currently doesn't meet European standards. With financing from EIB and EBRD, our PIU support services will help HSH implement critical improvements to electrification, speed capability, and signaling systems.

With 11 distinct tasks spanning pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, our PIU support model demonstrates our capability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects to international standards. This comprehensive approach to project delivery is central to our service offering.
