From this dialogue between permeability and solidity, the full composition unfolds.
Designed as part of a wider programme of cultural and educational facilities in Marousi, the building was conceived around flexibility, adaptable open-plan spaces, and a strong relationship between interior activity and exterior areas.
Patios of different scales, together with the partially enclosed upper level and its generous canopy, shaped an architecture that extends use, movement, and experience beyond the limits of the enclosed volume.

Originally built as an early 20th-century power station, GES-2 is reimagined as a new house of culture for Moscow.
Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the project preserves the industrial identity of the existing structure while introducing light and a strong public character.
Through BIM services, EB/Architects supported construction planning through 4D scheduling and quantification.
Their work transformed a complex construction strategy into a clear and carefully articulated spatial narrative.
