Salonica Metro Depot Complex in Pylea

At the operational heart of the Salonica Metro network, the Depot Complex brings together administration, operations control, maintenance, workshops, train stabling and technical support within a highly demanding infrastructural programme.

Built on a compact site, it is the first facility of its kind to accommodate train stabling on two overlapping levels.
EB/Architects developed the architectural design from preliminary to detailed stage, resolving complex operational and security requirements while establishing a clear identity through bold curved volumes, durable materials and vivid colour accents.

Riviera Tower | The Ellinikon, Athens

Rising 200 metres above the Athenian Riviera, Riviera Tower is set to become Greece’s tallest building. Designed by Foster + Partners, the 50-storey, LEED Gold residential tower introduces a new vision for sustainable vertical living.
Working alongside Tombazis & Associates Architects, EB/Architects delivered architectural and BIM services across the Construction Design and Construction stages, including multidisciplinary coordination, IFC documentation and construction support.

At the heart of the Kefalari villa, a sheltered courtyard brings the pool, planting and warm-toned surfaces into the rhythms of daily life. Deep overhangs and generous openings soften the boundary between interior and garden, creating a setting that feels both secluded and expansive.

More than a pool, it becomes the quiet centre of the residence, a private landscape defined by architecture.
