In the making. Simple, authentic monochromatic such a joy to feel pure cotton in my hands again.....
One of my favourite moments in the day. While the city still sleeping and you can hear the birds singing . The morning light that comes through my half closed window and make all these beautiful shades in my most loved tapestry so far. Gives me strength every morning knowing that this textile above my head created by me. Hope you have something that gives you strength every morning. Let me know if you wish . It took me a while to take this big girl off the loom, but it was all worth it at the end. Put so much care and effort on this one, concentrate in every single detail and I think it paid back as everything that you show so much love in life. 100% cotton rope in all different sizes 12,10,8,5,3 mm, linen and silk ribbons and pure wool. Off white and beige , neutral color pallete complete her boho chic style of hers. It was a bet with myself, trying to make something different and go out of my comfort zone, use different materials once more, as make something monochrome so the texture and the different knotting will stand out. So much volume was the final results something I always adore and be fascinated by. Hope you love her as much. More shots will be available soon.Her size is 40" wide and 55" long....
