This is a sample from an editorial food translation project we completed for Γαστρονόμος (Kathimerini, April 2017).

“Velvet asparagus soup with galotyri cheese.
A spring dish built on simplicity: green asparagus, olive oil, fresh herbs and a traditional Greek fresh cheese, brought together in a smooth, balanced texture.”

Projects like this were delivered as commissioned English translations for international use, research, or internal editorial purposes — not always as printed English editions.
