Today in Crete, our CEO Isidoros Sideridis spoke at the 9th Customer Service Conference by ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΙΝΣΤΙΤΟΥΤΟ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗΣ ΠΕΛΑΤΩΝ (Ε.Ι.Ε.Π.).

His message was simple: AI is already here, moving from tools like to Agents that act in real business scenarios, especially in customer experience and CRM.

In his interview with ΚΡΗΤΗ TV, he answered a key question:
What skills do we need in a world where machines are becoming smarter?

Answer:
We need to become more generalists, and maybe humanities and philosophy are the best studies for a young person today.

Because in the age of AI, it’s not just about knowing more.
It’s about understanding more.
